The AI reads your data on a strictly read-only basis. Nothing is modified or deleted through this connection.

PERMISSIONS & DATA HANDLING

・Available on all plans, including the free plan
・Authentication via OAuth 2.1 with PKCE; sign in with your Google account
・Raw contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, messaging IDs) are never exposed to the AI. Not even the channel type label is returned — the MCP layer simply omits all contact-related fields
・You can disconnect the integration at any time from your account settings

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open 1to1 Mate in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick 1to1 Mate, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
