## About

Autocalls lets you build and run AI phone agents — and now you can do it straight from ChatGPT, without switching to a dashboard. Describe what you want, and your assistant takes it from there.

Build and refine assistants by chat: set the prompt, voice, language, model and call behaviour for both inbound agents (answer calls, take bookings, qualify leads) and outbound agents (follow-ups, reminders, lead qualification). Give them real abilities by attaching mid-call tools that call your APIs live during a conversation, and knowledgebases that ground their answers in your own documents.

Run outbound work at scale: create a campaign, add your leads, and start, pause or resume it whenever you like. Then close the loop — list your calls, open any one to read its full transcript and post-call evaluation, and update the assistant or its tools to fix what went wrong, all in the same conversation.

Manage the rest of your account too: knowledgebases and documents, phone numbers and SIP trunks, WhatsApp senders and templates, conversations, folders, labels and API keys.

You stay in control. Every tool works only on your own account, reading and writing are separate actions, anything that spends balance or deletes data is clearly marked, and your stored secrets are masked. You connect once with a secure sign-in — no API keys pasted into the chat.

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open Autocalls AI in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick Autocalls AI, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
