## About

Caribooks helps business owners and bookkeepers work with their QuickBooks Online companies in English or French. Review financial reports and open invoices, find expenses missing receipts, and match documents from the Caribooks document box to transactions. Save company-specific bookkeeping rules and prepare recurring tasks whose proposed changes can be reviewed in the Caribooks portal.

A Caribooks account connected to QuickBooks Online is required. Companies start with read-only access. Users enable writes separately for each company; deleting, voiding and emailing documents require explicit confirmation. Caribooks records bookkeeping entries and does not transfer money or process card charges. Features depend on the account's existing access.

Caribooks is developed by Peich Technologies Inc. and connects through Intuit OAuth. It is an independent product. The document box and Autopilot retain documents and activity as described in the privacy policy.

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open Caribooks in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick Caribooks, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
