ChefPlan calculates your daily energy needs (BMR, TDEE, and macros) using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and helps you find recipes with photos, ingredients, and step-by-step instructions. Enter your weight, height, age, gender, activity level, and goal to get a personalized calorie target. Search for recipes by name or get a random dish — all inside the chat.

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open ChefPlan in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick ChefPlan, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
