## About

Bring your cap table data from Clerky into the conversation. Visualize ownership, model exits, and get instant answers without searching through paperwork. You can even combine your cap table data with your startup’s other tools. Just connect your Clerky account and choose which teams ChatGPT can access to get started.

This connection is read-only. ChatGPT can only retrieve information for teams you authorize and can’t start document sets or modify anything. Access runs through OAuth and can be disconnected at any time.

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open Clerky in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick Clerky, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
