## About

CLSTR gives ChatGPT memory of the news. It reads over 100,000 articles a day from 40,000+ sources, groups every article about the same event into one deduplicated item, and links related events into "situations": ongoing storylines with a maintained summary and a full timeline.

Ask what is happening around a topic, company, country or event and get one synthesized storyline instead of twenty near-duplicate headlines. Ask what has happened with a situation since a given date and get the whole arc, in order, with a count of how many sources reported each development and a link to every one of them.

What it can do:
- Search the news by topic, entity, company or country
- List the situations developing right now, optionally by category, country or time window
- Return the complete timeline of one situation, newest first
- Return the detail of a single event with its source articles

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open CLSTR in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick CLSTR, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
