## About

Bring your Deepnote workspace into Codex. Search your workspace, trigger analytical workflows across 60+ data connectors, and use the output in Codex. No SQL, R, or Python knowledge required with the help of OpenAI models.

With Deepnote MCP, you can:

- Search across your projects, notebooks, and integrations
- Run an end-to-end notebook
- Pull the latest result from the notebook runs
- See scheduled runs in the workspace

All this while respecting your Deepnote workspace’s permissions. Note: this MCP requires an active Deepnote account and a Deepnote API token (https://deepnote.com/docs/deepnote-api).

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open Deepnote in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick Deepnote, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.

## Skills

- **deepnote**: Use when a task mentions Deepnote, the connected Deepnote app, Deepnote OAuth connection, Deepnote docs, projects, workspaces, notebooks, blocks, integrations, or notebook runs.
- **deepnote-data-execution**: Use when running Deepnote notebooks, inspecting notebook inputs, reviewing integration references and cached table structure, listing run history, or interpreting run status and snapshot outputs through the Deepnote app tools.

- **deepnote-notebook-editing**: Use when creating Deepnote projects or notebooks, adding or updating blocks or cells, moving existing blocks, scaffolding notebook content, inserting SQL/code/markdown/input blocks, or otherwise editing notebook structure through the Deepnote app tools.
- **deepnote-notebooks**: Use when reading, reviewing, inspecting, or reasoning about hosted Deepnote notebooks, blocks, inputs, SQL, Python, or notebook outputs through the Deepnote app tools.
