## About

Esment gives ChatGPT persistent, inspectable memory for facts, preferences, decisions, and project context. It can recall relevant context, save durable information, update or forget memories, and read organized pages (created locally, not yet available in the cloud) and memory blocks belonging to the authenticated user.

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open Esment in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick Esment, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.

## Skills

- **recall**: Use the Esment memory tools before answering anything that depends on the user's identity, preferences, history, projects or past decisions.
