## About

Great Question puts your whole research workflow inside ChatGPT and Codex. Create research studies, recruit participants, and pull what customers said, without leaving the chat. All backed by verbatim quotes you can trace to the session.

You don't need to know which study holds the answer. Ask "What have customers said about our checkout in the last six months?" and it searches your transcripts, highlights and insights, then comes back with quotes, so everyone on your team makes research-backed decisions with confidence.

It works the other way too. Describe what you want to learn and it sets up the study, an interview, survey or prototype test, with the screener, incentive and participants ready for you to review.

Your existing Great Question permissions apply, so it only sees what you can see.

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open Great Question in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick Great Question, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.

## Skills

- **adding-incentives**: Use with the Great Question tools when setting or changing a participant incentive on a study. How we choose fair amounts by session type, length, and audience seniority.
- **recruiting-participants**: Use with the Great Question tools when sourcing candidates for a study, shortlisting them, or sending screener invitations. How we recruit from our panel without over-messaging people or inviting the wrong ones.
- **screener-creation**: Use with the Great Question tools when writing, editing, or reviewing a screener. How we structure screener questions so they qualify the right participants, hide the qualifying intent, and filter out fraud.
- **setting-up-a-study**: Use with the Great Question tools when creating a new interview, survey, or unmoderated study from a research brief. Our naming conventions, what has to be decided before creating, and what a researcher always finishes by hand.
- **study-communications**: Use with the Great Question tools when drafting or revising any message to participants: invitations, reminders, confirmations, or follow-ups. Our voice, required disclosures, and what never goes out without a human reading it.
- **synthesis-and-insights**: Use with the Great Question tools when summarizing research, answering a question that spans sessions or studies, or interpreting what participants said. How we ground every claim in transcript evidence and never fabricate quotes.

## Example prompts

- "What have customers said about our checkout in the last six months?"
- "Give me the three most common complaints about our current dashboard, with direct quotes."
- "Set up an interview study on why new users drop off during onboarding: 8 participants, $100 incentive each."
