## About

Hevy's ChatGPT app let's you build workout plans and save them directly to your Hevy account. You can also analyse your workout data (e.g. "@hevy build my a 4 day split to get jacked this summer", "@hevy based on my my past 20 workouts what tips can you give me to improve?")

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open Hevy in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick Hevy, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.

- "Build me a well-rounded workout plan"
- "Build me the perfect next workout based on my recent sessions."
- "Graph my Barbell Squat progress over the last 6 months."
