## About

HoldsUp checks what health and science podcasts claim against the published research. Ask whether a claim has been checked and get the verdict (supported, overstated, needs context, contradicted or unverified), the GRADE certainty, a one-line note and the studies behind it with their PubMed id, evidence level and retraction status. Verify a new claim live against PubMed and OpenAlex in 20 to 70 seconds. Read a speaker's track record, a show, a topic, a single study, or the money behind it from public funding registers. Sign in by email, pay per call from prepaid credits (1 credit = 1 US cent: a read 1, a claim search 2, a live verification 30), and see the cost and your balance in every answer. Evidence summaries about published research, not medical advice.

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open HoldsUp in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick HoldsUp, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
