## About

Query official French land and property data in plain language: 94 million cadastral
parcels, actual recorded sale prices (DVF), energy performance certificates, zoning
and planning rules, building permits, corporate owners, condominiums and businesses
registered at an address.

14 tools let you geocode an address, open a full parcel record, compare actual sale
prices in a neighbourhood, or filter properties by energy rating. Data comes from
official public sources (DGFiP, Cerema, ADEME, INSEE, IGN, SDES) and is reported as
published, without reinterpretation.

Covers mainland France and the five overseas departments. Requires an Infoparcelle
account whose plan includes API credits. Each search consumes 1 to 20 credits
depending on the dataset.

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open Infoparcelle in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick Infoparcelle, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
