## About

Connect your NAFA account to read your workout plan and history, update an exercise, and read, log or correct food entries with calories, macros and fibre. Choose separate read and edit permissions, revoke access at any time, and confirm every change before it is saved. Biomarkers, body measurements, sensor health metrics, medical records and photos are not available through this plugin.

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open NAFA in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick NAFA, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
