Onplana connects ChatGPT to your project portfolio. Describe the work in a sentence and it builds the project for you: epics, tasks, estimates, dependencies and scheduled dates, in a single step. Search across projects, tasks, sprints, risks, comments, and wiki with hybrid BM25 + vector search. Read project state, update tasks, log time, surface portfolio-level insights, and generate status reports, all gated by your org's plan and role permissions, with every operation audited. Built for teams migrating from Microsoft Project Online ahead of its September 2026 retirement.

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open Onplana in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick Onplana, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.

- **onplana-project-planner**: Turn a goal or a brief into an executable Onplana plan over its MCP server: write a plan.md and attach it to the project, decompose it into tasks and subtasks, set start/due dates and dependencies, assign owners, add test cases as you go, and create tasks for the downstream surfaces a change ripples to.
