## About

This connector lets ChatGPT and Codex securely read from and write to QuickBooks Online.

Some things you can do:
• Connect multiple QuickBooks Online companies to the same agent (great for booking intercompany JEs)
• Choose read-only or read-write access separately for each company
• Create arbitrary QuickBooks transactions, including journal entries
• Bulk-create invoices or import credit card transactions
• Upload and attach receipts and supporting files to QuickBooks transactions
• Automatically fill in your firm-specific reporting template
• The craziest use case I tried was "Clone the contents of QBO A into QBO B", and… it worked

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open QBO Connector by Meridian in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick QBO Connector by Meridian, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.

## Example prompts

- "Show me a profit and loss report for last month and summarize the results."
- "How much did we spend by vendor last month?"
- "Find my active bank accounts and show the General Ledger activity for one."
