Rilev lets you connect de-identified self-understanding context to ChatGPT so responses can be more personally relevant.

After you authorize read-only access, ChatGPT can use your Rilev outcome patterns, labels, and safe explanations to personalize reflection, planning, journaling, habit support, and growth-focused conversations.

Rilev is for self-understanding and personal growth, not diagnosis, treatment, medication guidance, or professional care. The connector returns only de-identified context. Raw answers, item-level responses, identity information, payment data, Rilev Access Keys, and the full private report are not available through this connector.

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open Rilev in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick Rilev, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
