## About

Speechdub helps you import text into your document library, browse and edit saved documents, and generate natural speech with preset voices. Connect with a Speechdub API key from app.speechdub.com/settings/api. Creating documents uses your document quota; speech synthesis uses the same credit wallet as the web app.

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open Speechdub in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick Speechdub, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.

## Skills

- **browse-speechdub-library**: List or open documents in the user's Speechdub library when they want to see saved titles, search by name, or read full document text.
- **edit-speechdub-document**: Rename or update text and language of an existing Speechdub document the user owns, or permanently delete a document when they explicitly request removal.
- **import-to-speechdub**: Save new text into the user's Speechdub document library from pasted content, notes, or articles they want to listen to later in the app.
- **speechdub-text-to-speech**: Generate spoken audio with Speechdub preset voices when the user wants text read aloud, a voice preview, or audio output from their content.
