## About

table connects ChatGPT to your relationship workspace, so you can find contact context when you need it and save new details back to your people intelligence tool.

Use the table connector to look up information about people in table, then create or update contacts from explicit details in conversations, emails, notes, or meeting recaps. ChatGPT can help with fields like name, email, phone, organization, job title, location, birthday, and contact status.

The connector works through table’s secure OAuth flow, acts as the authenticated table user, and exposes focused contact tools instead of raw database access.

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open table in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick table, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
