## About

Text lets authorized users search, retrieve, and manage customer conversations, HelpDesk tickets, archived LiveChat chats, transcripts, tags, customer profiles, and reports in ChatGPT. Users can also create and update tickets, reply to customers, and tag, transfer, or end chats. Results and actions are limited to data and permissions the user already has in their Text workspace.

## How to use

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open Text in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

2. **Use it in a chat** Type @ in the composer and pick Text, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.

## Example prompts

- "Identify recurring issues in the last 100 conversations and recommend the best fix."
- "Find the highest impact tickets I can resolve in the next two hours and explain your choices."
