## About

Coinbase's Payments MCP combines an MCP server with a companion wallet app so AI agents can hold funds, onramp and pay for services via the x402 protocol. It installs via npx and can auto-configure clients such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex CLI and Gemini CLI.

## Install

1. **Add the server to Codex**

   Codex CLI:

   ```bash

   ```
