## About

The Microsoft Learn MCP Server is a free remote Streamable HTTP server that brings trusted, up-to-date Microsoft documentation into AI agents. Agents can search docs, fetch complete articles and search code samples. No authentication is required.

## Install

1. **Connect it in ChatGPT** Turn on Developer mode in ChatGPT (Settings → Security and login), open Plugins, select + and paste https://learn.microsoft.com/api/mcp as the MCP server URL. Add it to a chat from the composer's tools menu.

2. **Or add it to Codex or the API**

   Codex CLI:

   codex mcp add microsoft-learn --url https://learn.microsoft.com/api/mcp
   ```

   config.toml:
