## About

PagerDuty's hosted remote MCP server exposes 60+ tools across incidents, services, schedules, teams, escalation policies, event orchestrations, status pages and more. It authenticates with a PagerDuty User API key or OAuth bearer token (no DCR) and has US and EU endpoints. The earlier self-hosted server is deprecated.

## Install

1. **Connect it in ChatGPT** Turn on Developer mode in ChatGPT (Settings → Security and login), open Plugins, select + and paste https://mcp.pagerduty.com/mcp as the MCP server URL. Add it to a chat from the composer's tools menu.

2. **Or add it to Codex or the API**

   Codex CLI:

   ```
