Molecular Structure Viewer provides a compact Select, Analyze, Compare, Related data, Style, Animate, and Export workbench over Mol*. Use one revisioned atom-level query and scene contract across the UI and Codex to measure geometry, browse source-relative molecular companions, inspect contacts and density, compare aligned structures, style independent layers, play trajectories, restore named scenes and durable digest-bound projects, export provenance-rich results, and render publication images or editable presentation movies.

## Install

1. **Add it in ChatGPT** Open Plugins in the ChatGPT sidebar (web or desktop), search for “Molecular Structure Viewer” and select +. You'll be asked to sign in to any connected service on first use. Then type @ in a chat to call it.
