AiTrillion connects your e-commerce store to ChatGPT so you can ask about your own data in plain English — your loyalty program, earning rules and rewards, membership plans, product ratings, and store reports. The connection is strictly read-only: it can view and summaries your data but can never create, edit, or delete anything. You connect once and log in securely, and your data stays private to your store.

How to use

  1. 1Add it in ChatGPT

    Open AiTrillion in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.

  2. 2Use it in a chat

    Type @ in the composer and pick AiTrillion, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.

  • “Give me an overview of my store's key metrics.”
  • “How do customers earn loyalty points in my store?”
  • “Show me my loyalty members and their available point balances.”
