beatandraise helps users research public companies using SEC EDGAR filings. Find companies by name or ticker, search filing text, browse filings and documents, inspect financial statements and tables, and review reported institutional holdings and insider transactions. The app retrieves public filing data; it does not execute trades or submit or modify filings.
