Beentry connects your beekeeping records to ChatGPT. Ask about your apiaries, hives, inspections, queens, tasks, honey harvests, finances and nearby-disease alerts in plain language — and log new inspections, tasks or harvests just by chatting. Every change is confirmed before it happens, deletions are reversible, and the assistant only ever sees data from your own signed-in Beentry account.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open Beentry in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick Beentry, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.

- “How many hives do I have and where?”
- “Log an inspection for Hive 1: queen seen, colony strong.”
- “How much honey did I harvest this year and what's my balance?”
