Beglaubigt sets up a German company — a GmbH or UG (haftungsbeschränkt) — directly in the conversation. Tell the assistant you want to incorporate and it collects the details one step at a time: company name and purpose, share capital, the shareholder(s) and managing director, and how you'd like to notarize. When everything's ready it returns a secure checkout link you open in your browser — the assistant never processes payment itself.
On the back end, Beglaubigt coordinates the notarization, the commercial-register (Handelsregister) filing, and your formation documents, so you can start a German company without assembling the paperwork yourself. It's built for founders in Germany and for international entrepreneurs incorporating there.
Currently supports GmbH and UG formation. After the checkout link, you complete payment and your notary appointment through Beglaubigt.
