Circuitry

Service & warranty

Circuitry connects ChatGPT to your organization's AI Advisors, so service and warranty teams can get answers straight from the technical documentation their work depends on.

Ask in plain language and the matching advisor answers from the manuals, bulletins, and warranty booklets your Circuitry organization has loaded:

Auto Warranty Advisor explains vehicle warranty coverage and exclusions, duration and mileage limits, and how genuine replacement parts are covered. HVAC Advisor covers installation and wiring procedures, fault codes, component specifications, and maintenance intervals for HVAC equipment. Medical Device Advisor supports biomedical and field service teams with maintenance procedures, error codes, calibration steps, and specifications. Lawn & Turf Equipment Advisor returns maintenance specifications such as tire pressures, fluid grades, belt routing, and service intervals by make and model.

Which advisors you see depends on your organization's configuration — ask to list your advisors to see yours.

Circuitry reads and explains. It does not file claims, place orders, or change any record in your systems, and it does not read live equipment status. Access is scoped to your authenticated Circuitry organization, so you only see documentation your organization has loaded.
