ClearPolicy helps organizations create and publish policy documents, manage people and groups, send electronic signature or acknowledgment requests, issue reminders, and track document compliance from ChatGPT.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open ClearPolicy in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick ClearPolicy, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
Things to ask
- “Who still needs to sign our employee handbook?”
- “Draft a short AI use policy for our team, save it as a draft in ClearPolicy, and give me a link to open it.”
- “Publish the AI use policy draft if it looks good, then send a signature request to everyone in the Staff group.”
