ExpenseBot helps people capture receipt images and PDFs, search and organize expenses, monitor Gmail receipt scans, analyze spending and income, manage expense reports, prepare client invoices, and send confirmed reports to supported accounting destinations through ChatGPT.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open ExpenseBot in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick ExpenseBot, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
Things to ask
- “Log this attached receipt and tell me when it is ready to review.”
- “Create an expense report for client Acme for the past 30 days.”
- “Prepare an invoice from my latest Acme expense report and show me the totals before creating it.”
