Connect ChatGPT to your Extole account. Ask how your programs are performing; get funnel metrics from Extole reports; look up a customer by email to see their profile, journeys, shares, and rewards; review campaign and program configuration, components, audiences, and reward suppliers; and search the Extole help center for setup and how-to guidance. When you ask for it, the app can also update program component settings and file an issue report with Extole. The app works against the Extole account you authorize at sign-in, and you can switch between the Extole clients your user has access to.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open Extole in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick Extole, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
