Find projects, tasks, calendar events, posts, comments, notifications, and wiki documents, and create or update work items — all scoped to the account you sign in with. Every batch write is previewed before it is applied, and irreversible changes require an explicit confirmation step.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open flow - AI Collaboration tool in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick flow - AI Collaboration tool, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
Things to ask
- “What should I focus on today? Include my overdue tasks, upcoming deadlines, and recent mentions.”
- “Find a recently active project and summarize its latest posts and task progress.”
- “Create a project called Launch Readiness with Planning, In progress, and Done statuses, then add three kickoff tasks.”
