Kalender Sync connects your calendars — Google, Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCloud, GMX, WEB.DE and any CalDAV or iCal source — so ChatGPT can answer questions about your availability, find open slots, look up appointments and create events for you. You decide per calendar how much ChatGPT may see: free/busy only, title and time, or full details. Calendars you do not share stay invisible, and the limits are enforced on our servers, not by the model.
Ask things like "When am I free next week for two hours?", "Do I have anything Thursday afternoon?" or "Book a call with Anna on Tuesday at 10." Runs on servers in Germany under GDPR, with a data processing agreement available.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open Kalender Sync in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick Kalender Sync, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.

- “Find me a free slot for a call next Tuesday”
