Kratons is a boutique destination management company and travel agency based in Madrid that designs and operates tailor-made private trips in Spain, Portugal and Morocco: hotels, private guides, drivers and transfers, rail and flight tickets, restaurants and experiences, with full itinerary design and on-the-ground operation.
With this plugin, ChatGPT can:
- Explain who Kratons is, where it operates, which languages it works in and how it prices trips (one package price per trip, prepared by a human advisor; no public price list).
- List the destinations where Kratons currently offers tours and tickets, and search those experiences by country, city or keyword.
- Browse published sample itineraries (destination, duration, day-by-day outline) to start planning from.
- Submit a structured proposal request on behalf of a traveller or a travel agent (destinations, dates, travellers, budget, interests) and return a reference.
- Check the status of a submitted proposal request by its reference.
Nothing is booked or paid inside ChatGPT. A proposal request goes to a human advisor at Kratons, who replies by e-mail within two business days. Prices and suppliers are never shown by the plugin.

Skills 1
- kratons-trip-proposal
Plan a tailor-made private trip in Spain, Portugal or Morocco with Kratons and submit a proposal request on the traveller's behalf. Use when the user wants a bespoke trip in those countries, asks what Kratons offers, wants sample itineraries or experiences, wants to request a quote/proposal from Kratons, or asks about the status of a Kratons proposal request (reference PR-YYYYMMDD-XXXX). Not for booking hotels, flights or tours directly, for destinations outside Spain, Portugal and Morocco, or for itemised prices.
