Loadster helps users create and play test scripts, prepare load test scenarios, configure synthetic monitors, and investigate finished test and monitoring results through ChatGPT.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open Loadster in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick Loadster, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
Skills 3
- load-test
Author and verify a Loadster load test end to end. Write a script, validate and play it, build a load test scenario, and hand off for launch. Use when the user wants to load test, stress test, or performance test a site or API with Loadster, or asks for a Loadster script.
- results
Analyze a finished Loadster load test or a monitor incident. Read the report, find the bottleneck or failure, explain it in plain terms, and record notes. Use when the user asks what happened in a load test, whether a test passed, why a monitor is failing, or what an incident means.
- setup
Connect Claude Code to Loadster's MCP server and verify the connection. Use when Loadster tools are missing, a Loadster tool returns 401 or unauthorized, or the user asks to set up, connect, or reconnect Loadster.
Things to ask
- “We need to load test our checkout flow. Build a test script that searches for an item, adds to cart, and completes the checkout.”
- “My Playwright script "Checkout" is hitting an error. Debug it and get it working. Play it a few times if you need to.”
- “Our last load test had 31 errors. Analyze the test report and tell me what went wrong. What should we change for next time?”
