NivaDesk helps custom-order studios manage orders, customers, personal notes, tasks, schedules and financial summaries from ChatGPT. After connecting a NivaDesk workspace, users can search orders, view dashboard summaries, check permitted financial information, create personal notes and update order statuses.
It is designed for small teams and studios that work on made-to-order projects, including bespoke art, handmade products, repairs, photography, tailoring, jewellery and other client-based workflows.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open NivaDesk in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick NivaDesk, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
