Normalic Assistant connects ChatGPT to your organization's Normalic account, so you can ask about your manufacturing data without leaving the conversation.
Ask about workstation performance, production reports, detected insights and anomalies, product and operator productivity, and tracked tasks — the same assistant available inside the Normalic app.
Each person connects with their own Normalic login — there's no shared account or API key. Requires an existing Normalic account with the MCP Assistant feature enabled for your organization.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open Normalic Assistant in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick Normalic Assistant, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
Things to ask
- “What workstations do I have in Normalic?”
- “How did all workstations do last week?”
- “What issues were detected on last ended production day?”
