OpusClip brings AI video editing into ChatGPT. Turn long videos into short clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with AI-selected highlights, automatic reframing, and animated captions. Start with a public or unlisted video link from a supported source, or use videos already uploaded to OpusClip. Edit through conversation: cut unwanted sections, remove filler words and pauses, and customize captions. Your edits are saved to your OpusClip workspace. Export clips, draft social copy, and request publishing or scheduling to your connected social accounts. You choose the clips, destination accounts, and publishing times.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open OpusClip in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick OpusClip, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
