Pacing: Run Coach & Tracker

Run ChatGPT workouts on phone

Design your run in ChatGPT, then go run it. Pacing takes the workout or training plan you put together in conversation and turns it into a real, coached session on your phone, so nothing gets lost copying splits into a notes app. Ask for whatever you're training for: a 6x800m interval session, an easy long run, a threshold tempo, or a full multi-week build from couch-to-5K to marathon. When it's ready, Pacing hands it off with a card, code, deep link, or QR scan. Open it in the Pacing mobile app and it becomes a live workout, with real-time voice cues that talk you through every interval, nudge you when your pace drifts, and give you a heads-up before each change. Prefer to train by feel? Turn on heart-rate zone guidance, including live heart rate from AirPods Pro 3 on supported iOS devices. Review the session, adjust the paces, save it, schedule it, or just hit start. No GPS watch needed.
