Piazza in Festa answers questions about what is happening in Italian towns: village feasts, patron saint festivals, food and wine fairs, street markets, concerts and exhibitions. The catalogue is rebuilt every day from the notices that town halls are legally required to publish on their official register, so it also covers very small towns that no other calendar lists. Users can search by town, region, category, free text or date range, open a single event for practical details such as dates, venue and organiser, and ask which towns are covered in a region. Every result carries a link to the event page and to the official document it was derived from, so answers can be verified.
