Ramus gives you a real Android device in the cloud. Attach an APK, or ask for the Ramus demo app, an APK already uploaded to Ramus, or the build from a GitHub pull request, then read the screen, tap, type, swipe, press keys, take screenshots and read device logs. The live device appears right in the chat, where you can watch and control it, inline, fullscreen or picture-in-picture, and every session has a link you can open in a browser or share with a teammate.
It is built for developers, QA and reviewers who want to see how an Android app behaves without installing an emulator.
Good to know:
- You need a Ramus account. You sign in with GitHub when you connect Ramus.
- Devices are disposable. Each session starts fresh and is discarded when it ends or after 30 minutes idle.
- Pull request previews need the Ramus GitHub App on the repository.
- adb and hot reload need the Ramus CLI (in Codex or a terminal).
- Android only. Emulators run x86_64 system images without Google Play.
