How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open Respond.io in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick Respond.io, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
Things to ask
- “Pull up the contact with email jane@acme.com and summarise our last 10 messages with her.”
- “Why did my most recent message to +60123456789 fail to deliver?”
- “Find all contacts tagged VIP created this month and tell me which channels we can reach each of them on.”
