Rize helps users inspect tracked time, app and website activity, projects, clients, tasks, team workloads, and profitability data. The MCP tools support listing and creating time entries, approving AI suggestions, adding work notes, managing clients/projects/tasks/team members, and reviewing contract profitability inside the user's authenticated Rize workspace.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open Rize in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick Rize, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
Things to ask
- “Show my tracked time from last week by client and project, and flag any unassigned or unusually long entries”
- “List my pending AI time-entry suggestions from yesterday, group them by project, and recommend which ones to approve or edit.”
- “Show my team’s time allocation for this month, split by client, project, and billable vs non-billable time.”
