SelectBNBs Verify checks accommodation permits for short-term rentals in South Korea using official government registry data.
Paste a listing’s Registration details—region of issuance, licence type and licence number—or provide a registered business name, address or government management number. Verify returns the matching permit’s recorded status, registered business, permit category and address, with source dates and record links when available. It explains how closely the submitted details match the record and what to compare before booking.
Each request checks one listing or retrieves one permit record. South Korea is currently supported; other countries are reported as not covered. A missing match does not establish that a property is unregistered or illegal, and an active permit does not by itself confirm a listing’s identity. No account or sign-in is required. Verify does not book, pay or contact anyone.
