ShareWatch gives ChatGPT scoped, audited access to Google Workspace files. Users can find, read, create, format, update, organize, preview, convert, and protect Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, folders, and uploaded files while ShareWatch enforces per-file access controls.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open ShareWatch in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick ShareWatch, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.

- “I signed up for a half marathon in October, please help me with a training plan in a Google Sheet where I can track progress.”
- “Read the Q3 security review docs I just shared and push just the HIGH items to a Google Slides doc I can present to the team.”
