SmartFlow Portal brings client projects into ChatGPT. View project plans and milestones, follow actions waiting on you, review invoices, and keep delivery moving. Authorized SmartFlow administrators can also manage organizations, plans, client submissions, time entries, and billing workflows, with access enforced from the signed-in user's role and organization scope.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open SmartFlow Portal in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick SmartFlow Portal, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
Things to ask
- “List my active SmartFlow projects.”
- “Show the plan of my project and what is waiting on me.”
- “List the invoices issued to my organization.”
