TabFollower

Guitar tab into your iPad app

TabFollower is an iPad practice app for electric guitar: it shows scrolling tab, plays a backing band, and hears every note you play through your audio interface. With this plugin, ChatGPT composes practice pieces for you and saves them straight into your TabFollower library.

Ask for a style (chill, folk, moody, blues, rock, metal), a level from 1 to 5, the strings and frets you want to practise, a length up to three minutes, and a mood. ChatGPT gets a composing brief with the musical rules and the fretboard, writes the piece, and submits it; TabFollower checks it for playability, bar counts, techniques and range, and tells ChatGPT what to fix if anything is off. The finished song appears under My songs on your iPad within seconds, with hammer-ons, pull-offs, slides and bends shown on the tab.

You can also list, open and delete your songs, and review your composing history.

Requires the TabFollower app on iPad (App Store) and a TabFollower account. Sign in with your existing account when ChatGPT connects.
