Trackberry

Track fresh produce shipments

Trackberry gives fresh produce importers a live view of every container, and this app lets you ask about them in plain language.

Ask things like "Which containers arrive in Rotterdam this week?", "Is anything delayed from Peru?", "Which shipments are close to their free time?" or "What's on the packing list for MSKU1234567?" and get answers from your own Trackberry account: ETAs and how they changed, tracking events and vessel positions, demurrage and detention countdowns, open alerts, and the data extracted from your packing lists, invoices, bills of lading and certificates. Where a shipment is and how its journey is going show on a map.

Trackberry reads the shipping documents your suppliers and forwarders already email you, reconciles them against each other, and flags missing or inconsistent paperwork before it becomes a problem at the port. Sea and air freight are supported.

The app is read-only and sees one organization per connection. Requires a Trackberry account.
