This plugin connects your Unthread workspace to ChatGPT through a compact, discovery-driven tool surface: search the underlying Unthread API, fetch schemas on demand, and run read or write operations gated by access class. Use it to investigate conversations, triage high-priority tickets, monitor SLAs and analytics, query your knowledge base, and create or update tickets.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open Unthread in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick Unthread, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
