Wheelbase brings your rental business into ChatGPT. Connect your account and ask about your bookings, fleet, customers, and payments in plain language — "how many bookings this week?", "look up Jane Smith's reservations", "which deposits are still on hold after the trip ended?", "how many vehicles are unpublished?". You can also start a booking or send a checkout link to a customer. Works with your existing Wheelbase account.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open Wheelbase in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick Wheelbase, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.

- “What bookings start next week, and what's the total revenue?”
- “What's my fleet utilization for the next 30 days?”
- “How is my fleet doing — what's listed, unpublished, and sitting idle?”
